·       Launch of 58 Contact Centers country- Including Organizing shop launches and provision of logistics supplies.

·       Customer Product Education.

·       Customer Acquisitions (SIM card, Mobile Money Registrations Airtime,

·       Solving Field Queries. (SIM Blocks, Barings)

·       Product activations. (Mobile Money, Freaky Fridays)
