This Anti-Corruption Policy, effective from February 17, 2022, underscores Royalway Media’s dedication to ethical conduct and zero tolerance for corruption, ensuring that its operations across Uganda, Rwanda, and beyond reflect fairness, accountability, and trust. The policy explicitly prohibits all forms of corruption, including bribery, extortion, fraud, nepotism, and misuse of influence for personal gain. Royalway Media enforces a strict no-bribe policy, rejecting any offers, promises, or acceptance of improper advantages, whether through cash, gifts, or favors, to maintain objectivity and fairness in business dealings. Transparency is central to the company’s practices, with clear pricing, accurate record-keeping, and regular audits ensuring compliance with local laws, such as Uganda’s Anti-Corruption Act (2009), and international anti-corruption standards. 

RoyalWay Media fosters ethical partnerships by conducting due diligence on suppliers, subcontractors, and third parties to ensure alignment with its anti-corruption values. Contracts include clauses mandating ethical adherence, and the company encourages partners to report concerns without fear of retaliation. Hiring, promotions, and project assignments are merit- based, free from favoritism or undue influence, ensuring impartiality in vendor selection and talent engagement for events and campaigns. 

The company invests in regular employee training on anti-corruption policies and ethical decision-making, fostering a culture of accountability across its remote-first team. Concerns about corruption can be reported confidentially via email (compliance@royalwaymedia.com) or an anonymous hotline (+256772464686), with a promise of acknowledgment within 48 hours, thorough investigations within 10 business days, and protection against retaliation for whistleblowers.
